APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PROVISION OF SHORT-TERM INSURANCE SERVICES TO THE RTMC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) YEARS WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR TWO (02) YEARS
