APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF AN INTEGRATED EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR THE RTMC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) YEARS
