APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND CONSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT, NATIONAL PROSECUTING AUTHORITY AND THE MAGISTRATES COMMISSION FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) YEARS.
