REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE LEASING OF PREMISES DESCRIBED AS RCB 10/2026/08 - LAND AND BUILDING IN EXTENT OF 400M² SITUATED ON LOT 223 BAYVIEW PRECINCT, UMHLATHUZI NO. 16230 IN THE PORT OF RICHARDS BAY FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS
