THE PROVISION OF ROUTEMASTER CLOUD (RMC) APPLICATION SOFTWARE LICENSE & SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT TO UGU DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS

Ugu District Municipality is seeking bids for the provision of RouteMaster Cloud (RMC) Application Software License and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The contract is for the support and maintenance of the existing RouteMaster Cloud (RMC) Meter Reading Application Software. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 on Friday, 23 October 2026, and deposited in the official tender box at 96 Marine Drive, Phase 2 Building, Oslo Beach. Late, incomplete, unsigned, or electronically submitted bids will be rejected. The bid will be evaluated on functionality, price, and preference, with a minimum of 60% required for functionality. No compulsory briefing session will be held.

Scope of work

• Provision of licensed Route Master Africa.NET RouteMaster Cloud (RMC) Meter Reading Software, including renewal and maintenance of active software licenses for handheld software, GPS, and imaging functionalities.(ugu-05-1733-2026.docx, section 4.2 Software licensing)

How to submit

• Bids must be sealed, endorsed with the relevant contract number, and deposited in the official tender box at the foyer of Ugu District Municipality, 96 Marine Drive, Phase 2 Building, Oslo Beach.
• Bids must be submitted not later than 12h00 on Friday, 23 October 2026.
• Bids must be completed on the official forms provided and not re-typed.
