REQUEST FOR A PANEL TO PROVIDE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING TO UGU DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS

Scope of work

• Establish a panel of service providers to supply and deliver protective clothing for Ugu District Municipality employees for a period of 36 months.
• Supply of various protective clothing items including golf t-shirts, sweaters, boilersuits, overalls, safety boots, gumboots, rain suits, gloves, hats, eyewear, reflective jackets, freezer jackets, life jackets, waders, and safety harnesses.
• Delivery of manufactured and printed items within 6-8 weeks of purchase order acknowledgement, and off-the-shelf items within 3 weeks.

How to submit

• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Bid Number, Description, Closing Date and Time. Deposit bids in the official tender box at the foyer of Ugu District Municipality, 96 Marine Drive, Phase 2 Building, Oslo Beach.
• Bids must be deposited not later than 12h00 on Friday, 23 October 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Bids must be completed in black ink or typewritten, and the original bid document must be submitted. All alterations must be initialed.
