What this tender is about

Scope of work

• Procurement, implementation, and support of an automated ICT Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation solution.
• Seamless integration with the Mimecast email solution to assign customised training based on user lapses in diligence and awareness.
• Provide ongoing training and simulated phishing exercises to employees.
• Track employee participation and progress through management reporting.
