APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE TRAINING PROFESSIONALIZE AND RAISE THE SERVICE STANDARDS WITHIN THE SHISANYAMA SECTOR ( MASTER SHISANYAMA UPSKILLING PROGRAMME) IN RURAL AND TOWNSHIP AREAS FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS.
