Scope of work

• Control of cockroaches, ants, flies, mosquitoes and other nuisance pests in offices using low-disruption methods.
• High-priority monitoring and control of cockroaches, ants, flies and rodents in kitchens, canteens and food preparation areas.
• Control of cockroaches, flies, ants and other pests associated with moisture and drainage in ablution facilities.
• Rodent and insect monitoring and treatment in storerooms.
• Rodent, fly and other pest control, including source reduction, in refuse areas.
• Rodent, cockroach and crawling-insect control in parking and basement areas.
• Inspection and control of rodents, birds and other pests in roof/ceiling spaces where applicable.
• Monitoring and control of ants, mosquitoes, flies, rodents and other pests in external areas.
• Use of targeted treatments that minimise risk to employees, visitors, equipment and building operations in sensitive areas.
• Services may require work at height, including removal or relocation of bees and other unwanted animals from infrastructure.
