APPOINTMENT OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PSP) TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE IMPLEMENTATION, MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION OF THE INFORMAL SETTLEMENTS UPGRADING TO METROS AND SECONDARY CITIES UNDER NATIONAL TREASURY CITIES SUPPORT PROGRAMME
