COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT OF THREE (3) TUGS

What this tender is about

South African Airways Technical (SAAT) is inviting small businesses to submit quotations for a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of three aircraft tugs. The service provider must conduct a complete assessment on each tug according to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements, identify and report all faults, and provide a detailed diagnostic report with recommended corrective actions. A separate quotation for recommended repairs is also required. Bidders must ensure they possess a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN Certificate and a B-BBEE Certificate or Affidavit. Quotations must be submitted via email before the closing date and time. All purchases will be made via an Official Purchase Order, and no goods or services should be delivered before receiving one.

Scope of work

• Conduct a complete diagnostic assessment on each tug in accordance with OEM requirements, specifications, procedures and guidelines.
• Identify and report all faults, defects, warning indications, and potential mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or system-related issues.
• Provide a detailed diagnostic report for each tug, including faults, probable causes, and recommended corrective actions.
• Provide a separate quotation for any recommended repairs based on the diagnostic findings.

• The Quotation and completed documents must be returned to [contact on the official notice]
• The Declaration page and SBD1 form must be signed and returned with the Quotation if there is nothing to declare.
• If there are declarations, SBD1 and SBD4 forms must be completed and returned with the Quotation.
