THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT VARIOUS TECHNICAL COMPETENCY ASSESSMENTS AND SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RISK-BASED OVERSIGHT (RBO) FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS.
Special conditions
