Scope of work

• Renewal of Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 licences for 550 users, including access to all licensed features and subscription management.
• Provision of solution technical support, access to software updates, upgrades, security patches, and bug fixes.
• Ensuring data protection services including item-level recovery, point-in-time recovery, full workload recovery, and secure cloud-based backup storage.

How to submit

• Submit one (1) original document plus two (2) copies and one (01) USB drive. Bids must be handed in or delivered to SAHPRA Reception, 2nd Floor, Building A, Loftus Park, 402 Kirkness Street, Arcadia, Pretoria, 0083.
• No posted, faxed, or e-mailed bids will be accepted. Bids must be delivered before the closing date and time.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the BID NUMBER (SAHPRA/2026/RENEWAL OF VEEAM DATA CLOUD FOR MICROSOFT 365 SUBSCRIPTION/RFB006), Closing date and time (Tuesday, 24 November 2026 @ 11:00 am), and the name and address of the Bidder.
