Scope of work

• Supply, configure, implement, commission, and support a secure, scalable, cloud-based Weld Management System (WMS) for Necsa Advanced Manufacturing Division.
• The system shall provide a centralised platform for managing welding data, ensuring traceability, accountability, and quality assurance.
• The solution must support Necsa's quality management systems, project requirements, and applicable welding codes and standards.
• The pricing should cover implementation, licensing, and support services for the Welding Cloud Platform for three years.

How to submit

• Bid responses must be deposited in the bid box situated at Necsa Gate 3, R104 Elias Motsoaledi Street (Church Street West Ext), Pelindaba.
• The physical size of the Bid Response must be limited to 400mm x 100mm x 150mm.
• Technical Proposal: One (1) original and three (3) hard copies, plus one (1) electronic copy. No pricing information.
• Pricing Proposal: One (1) original and one (1) hard copy, plus one (1) electronic copy.
• Late bid submissions will not be considered.
