Audio-Visual (AV) Integration Specialist — Cape Town Office Installation & VC Integration

The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is seeking an accredited Audio-Visual (AV) Integration Specialist for its Cape Town office. The scope of work includes supplying hardware, professionally wall-mounting two 65-inch Hisense televisions, performing ceiling cable trunking, and integrating the displays with the existing Yealink Meeting Board video conferencing system. The service provider must also conduct full audio and video calibration and system testing. This is a Request for Quotation procurement method. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 on 2026-09-22. The delivery location is the HSRC Cape Town Regional Office.

Scope of work

• Professionally wall-mount two 65-inch Hisense televisions using heavy-duty swivel brackets, ensuring manufacturer warranties remain valid.
• Route, secure, and enclose display, audio, and power cabling neatly across walls and ceilings using 25mm x 10mm PVC trunking and cable ties.
• Connect and configure two 65-inch display screens to integrate seamlessly with the Yealink Meeting Board video conferencing system for dual screen projection.
• Perform complete calibration and testing of video output, display resolution, and audio routing to ensure unified functionality during VC sessions.
