The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a suitable service provider to provide ambulance services for RAF outreach community programme at Bloemfontein, Botshabelo area in Mangaung Metro Municipality.

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is inviting service providers to quote for ambulance services. This is for the RAF outreach community programme in the Bloemfontein and Botshabelo area, Mangaung Metro Municipality. The service required is for one ambulance with two paramedics on site from 07:30 to 16:00 on 10 October 2026. Services include onsite stabilization and potential transportation to a hospital. Bids will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. All quotations must be submitted via email by the closing date and time of 25 September 2026 at 11:00. Only CSD registered suppliers will be considered.

Scope of work

• Provide one ambulance with 2 paramedics/Emergency Care Practitioners registered with HPCSA for the RAF community outreach programme in Bloemfontein, Botshabelo area.
• Onsite medical treatment including stabilization and transportation to the nearest hospital.
• Manage medical emergencies such as fainting, dehydration, injuries, allergic reactions, or more serious conditions.

Important requirements

• Quotations must be submitted by Friday, 25 September 2026 at 11:00. Late quotations will not be accepted.
