DESCRIPTION: APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT TECHNICAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME FOR TWENTY (20) PRECAST MANUFACTURING MSME’S LOCATED IN ULUNDI, NONGOMA, EDUMBE, PONGOLA, AND ABAQULUSI MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN THE ZULULAND DISTRICT IN THE PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL FOR FOUR MONTHS
