OUTRIGHT PURCHASE OF BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM/ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEM (EMS) INCLUDING SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.

The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) is inviting bids for the outright purchase of a Building Management System/Environmental Monitoring System (EMS). This tender also includes a five-year service and maintenance contract for the system. Bidders must provide comprehensive costing information for the entire five-year period. The system will be delivered to 1 MODDERFONTEIN ROAD - SANDRINGHAM - Johannesburg - 1818. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 11 September 2026 at 11:00. Bids must be submitted by 30 September 2026 at 11:00.

Scope of work

• Outright purchase of a Building Management System/Environmental Monitoring System (EMS).
• Service and maintenance of the Building Management System/Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) for a period of five (5) years.
• Training on system operation, data review, reporting, administration, and configuration.

Important requirements

• Bid prices quoted must be inclusive as per the scope of work and cover a 5-year contract duration.(Copy of Proposed Pricing Schedule_..., sheet Proposed Pricing schedule)
• Prices must be provided in South African Rand (R).(Copy of Proposed Pricing Schedule_..., sheet Proposed Pricing schedule)
