REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE HYGIENE AND PEST CONTROL SERVICES OF THE NLC EASTERN CAPE PROVINCIAL OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS
