PROVISION OF BUILDING AND INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT DRAKENSBERG PUMPED STORAGE SCHEME ON AN AS-AND-WHEN-REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
