PROVISION OF BUILDING AND INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT PORT REX GAS TURBINE STATION ON AN AS-AND-WHEN-REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
