How to submit

• Bid response documents must be deposited in the bid box situated at Necsa Gate 3, R104 Elias Motsoaledi Street (Church Street West Ext), Pelindaba.
• Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address; late bids will not be accepted.
• Submit responses in two sealed envelopes: Technical Proposal (Envelope One) and Pricing Proposal (Envelope Two). No pricing information in Envelope One.
