• Bid responses must be deposited in the bid box at Necsa Gate 3, R104 Elias Motsoaledi Street (Church Street West Ext), Pelindaba. The physical size of the bid response must be limited to 400mm x 100mm x 150mm.

• Bids must be submitted by the closing date and time. Late bids will not be accepted.
• All bids must be submitted on the official forms provided and not re-typed.
• Technical proposals must be submitted in Envelope One, and pricing proposals in Envelope Two. Each envelope should include two hard copies and one electronic copy.
