How to submit

• Bid documents must be deposited in the bid box situated at Necsa Gate 3, R104 Elias Motsoaledi Street (Church Street West Ext), Pelindaba, Brits Magisterial District, Madibeng Municipality, North West, 0240.
• Technical Proposal and Pricing Proposal must be submitted in separate, properly labelled, and sealed envelopes. Each envelope should contain two hard copies (one original, one copy) and one electronic copy.
• Late bid submissions will not be accepted for consideration.
