The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint service provider to conduct Executive Coaching Services as and when required for a period of six (6) months at RAF Head Office, Centurion.

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is inviting quotations for Executive Coaching Services. This is a requirement for six months, to be conducted at the RAF Head Office in Centurion. The service provider will be expected to strengthen strategic leadership, enhance decision-making, improve stakeholder management, build resilience, support culture change, and assist executives in managing complexity. The contract is for a period of six months, with one-on-one coaching for eight identified executives. Each executive will receive between 6 to 10 sessions, lasting 60 to 90 minutes each. Sessions can be virtual, in-person, or hybrid. The tender will be evaluated using an 80/20 preference point system. Quotations must be submitted via email by 31 August 2026 at 11:00.

Scope of work

• Conduct Executive Coaching Services for a period of six months at RAF Head Office, Centurion.
• Design and deliver an executive coaching programme to strengthen strategic leadership, enhance decision-making, improve stakeholder management, build resilience, support culture change, and assist executives in managing complexity.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to eight identified executives, including the CEO, CFO, and other senior officers.
• Each executive to receive between 6 to 10 coaching sessions, approximately 60 to 90 minutes each, which may be virtual, in-person, or hybrid.
• Deliverables include an implementation plan, intake sessions, coaching sessions, progress monitoring, mid-term review, final report, and recommendations for future initiatives.

• Quotations submitted late will not be accepted for consideration.
• All prices must be VAT inclusive and quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
