The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a suitable service provider to provide Security Guarding Services at the RAF Kimberley Customer Service Centre for a period not exceeding six (6) months.

Scope of work

• Provide Security Guarding Services including guarding, alarm systems, and armed response at the RAF Kimberley Customer Service Centre.
• The service provider must have the capacity to provide ad-hoc security services at RAF events and personal protection services as and when required.
• Install guard monitoring patrol clock points and use handheld scanners for access control.
• Perform access control duties, including recording visitor particulars, staff details after hours, and incidents in the occurrence book.
• Conduct patrol duties regularly, day and night, using a guard monitoring system and protecting RAF premises and staff.

• Failure to follow submission instructions will result in the quote not being considered.
• Late quotations will not be accepted for consideration.
• Service providers are required to complete and sign all Annexures to the RFQ document.
