PLACEMENT /OUTRIGHT PURCHASE OF AUTOMATED NUCLEIC CARD PUNCHER FOR UNIVERSITAS INCLUDING SERVICE, REAGENTS, CONSUMABLES AND MAINTENANCE FOR THE PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
