APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDER(S) TO RENDER AEROMEDICAL SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL FOR THE PROVINCIAL DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (DOH) ON A CASE PER CASE BASIS: THREE (03) YEAR CONTRACT
