APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER COMPREHENSIVE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS
