What this tender is about

The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is seeking a company to provide plant rental and maintenance services for its Cape Town office. The contract will be for 24 months, starting 01 October 2026, and includes regular maintenance, plant replacement, and watering. The service provider must have a presence in Cape Town and at least five years of experience. Bidders must submit a company profile and client reference letters. All bidders must complete and submit declarations as per the Standard Bidding Documents. This is a Request for Quotation process.

Scope of work

• Supply of plants on rental for 24 months, including 3 x A Cone Short planters, 4 x Quadriga Planter Troughs, and associated plants.
• Monthly maintenance services including regular technician visits, plant replacement, watering, cleaning, trimming, and pest/disease control.

Important requirements
