Important requirements

How to submit

• All bid proposals must be submitted via the SITA - Supplier Oracle ERP portal before the closing date and time. The portal is accessible at www.suppliers.sita.co.za. No manual hard copy submissions, email submissions or faxed submissions will be accepted.
• Bidders are required to submit all returnable documents/information together with their Bids/proposals on or before the closing time and date.
• The proposal must be signed by an authorised employee, agent or representative of the bidder and bear the initials of the signatory at the bottom of every page.
