The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint an experienced Media Monitoring Agency or Company to effectively Monitor, Track and deliver Analytical Reports on the RAF’s Media coverage across National, Regional, Provincial and in Community Media across all media platforms including Print, Radio, Television, Online and Social & Digital Media for a period of six (6) months.

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking an experienced Media Monitoring Agency to monitor, track, and deliver analytical reports on its media coverage. This service is required across national, regional, provincial, and community media platforms, including print, radio, television, online, and social media. The contract duration will be six months. Tenderers must be based in South Africa and conduct monitoring in-house. They must also demonstrate experience with at least three previous clients. Evaluation will be based on the 80/20 preference point system, considering price and specific goals such as Historically Disadvantaged Individuals, Women, and Persons with Disabilities. All quotations must be submitted via email by the closing date and time.

Scope of work

• Monitor, track, and deliver analytical reports on RAF's media coverage across national, regional, provincial, and community media platforms (print, radio, TV, online, social media).
• Provide daily feeds (raw data) of RAF media coverage across all platforms at least three times a day.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and a final six-month statistical and analytical media coverage report.
• Provide ad hoc media coverage reports when necessary, following campaigns and activations.
